Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company is excited to welcome Bailee Moser as the new summer Marketing Intern. Bailee will assist the Marketing Department in various multi-media projects and will also have the opportunity to job shadow other departments within the bank.
The foundational values of the Springs Valley Bank Internship Program include a focus on attracting local talent to the Bank, and identifying potential future employees. Other benefits of the program include revitalizing our organization with fresh perspectives, and supporting students in our local markets by providing a vocational experience that will aid in their long-term development.
Bailee is a 2014 graduate of Jasper High School. She is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Southern Indiana and will graduate in December of 2017. She will receive her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations & Advertising, with a Spanish minor and a Human Resource Management minor.
Bailee is a frequent volunteer for the American Advertising Federation of Greater Evansville. This spring, she competed in the 2017 National Student Advertising Competition. Bailee and her teammates presented a campaign they had been developing for almost 8 months. In addition, she received the 2017 AAF-GE scholarship, awarded to Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, and Marketing students.
“I am very thankful to have this opportunity and I am excited for the new experiences Springs Valley will bring,” Moser said. “I am eager to develop new skills and provide fresh ideas to assist in the growth of Springs Valley Bank,” she added.
“Bailee’s hard work and willingness to learn will make her a great fit to our team,” stated Dianna Land, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing. “Our internship program will provide Bailee real world opportunities and experiences that will she will be able to use in her future endeavors.”
“A role in Marketing is so integral to Springs Valley Bank’s messaging in support of our financial products and services,” President and CEO, Jamie Shinabarger, stated. “Marketing Manager Dianna Land has elevated the Bank’s marketing message exponentially since stepping into the role in 2015. It is for that reason that we think Bailee’s internship will be powerful for both her career and for advancing the Bank’s brand,” he concluded.
